Approach
I pay attention to the thresholds where awareness refines, consent becomes meaningful, and desire deepens or dissolves. I am interested in how people learn to stay with experience without overriding themselves or performing an outcome.I was raised in the Ciudad Juárez–El Paso desert borderland, a place where categories blur and contradictions are ordinary. Living between cultures, languages, and moral systems taught me early that power is not abstract, that safety is negotiated moment by moment, and that beauty and joy often emerge from careful attention rather than force or neglect. This sensibility continues to guide my work.I move between body-based art and somatic education. These are not separate for me. Art asks for risk, trust, and vulnerability. Education asks for clarity, pacing, and responsibility. Both require listening. Both require discipline and play. Many people who come to my work are highly sensitive, perceptive, and capable. Desire may feel compelling while difficult to approach without control or shame. Rather than aiming for release, transformation, or catharsis, I focus on learning how to be in relationship with sensation, choice, and meaning. Slowly. With curiosity.Sessions are personalized to meet the specific needs of clients. They are experiential and consent-based, shaped by movement, breath, awareness, dialogue, and touch.
“When we begin to live from within outward, in touch with the power of the erotic within ourselves, and allowing that power to inform and illuminate our actions upon the world around us, then we begin to be responsible to ourselves in the deepest sense.”
— Audre Lorde

About
My training is interdisciplinary and lineage-based. I came into this work through the arts, with early training in psychology and fine art, and am shaped most deeply through sustained study of Butoh and Noguchi Taiso. These movement lineages teach me how to listen to gravity, work with subtle force, and let movement emerge through presence.I am certified in Sexological Bodywork and consent-based facilitation, with additional training in Holistic Pelvic Care™, nervous system–informed embodiment, and Japanese somatic methods. Currently a student of Chinese Medicine and Zen Shiatsu, where attention to rhythm, pressure, and relationship is central.Fundamentally, I am a Zen student. This tradition informs how I embody attention, ethics, and limits, especially in spaces involving intimacy, power, and vulnerability. I am less interested in answers than in how one lives the question.I currently work between Chicago and Brooklyn and remain open to travel.

Monthly / 3 Month Program
NOTE ON ALL PLANSAll work is client-led, consent-forward, and educational.I am a somatic sex educator, an artist, and a student of Zen Shiatsu. I am not a therapist nor medical provider. I don't diagnose or treat; I teach practices you carry out in your own body, at your own pace. These plans complement (and pair beautifully with) psychotherapy, pelvic floor physical therapy, licensed therapeutic bodywork, and medical care. Each month ends the way every session ends — with time to savor, reflect, and celebrate somatic openings.
